Top Dawg Inspections provides whole house inspections, wood destroying pest “termite” inspections, septic inspections, hydraulic load test on vacant homes, radon testing & water testing. We also offer individual component inspections including roof, electrical & plumbing systems, structural elements, HVAC systems and the exterior of the home.

Inspector Scott Lyons is ASHI Certified and has over 20 years experience performing home inspections. Through his past work history, he brings firsthand knowledge of HVAC systems, new home construction, masonry and electrical systems.
